The Holistic Warehouse wellness studio was looking for high performance infrared heaters to enable it to provide heated workouts within its studio. The studio in Clydebank, Scotland, provides Reformer & Mat Pilates, including Hot Mat Pilates, Yoga, including Hot Yoga, as well as Spin, Barre, and holistic treatments.

Nine Power 4 (3.6kW) infrared heaters were chosen to heat the hot yoga and hot mat pilates studio. Manufactured in the UK, the Power is available in both a silver or black finish, the Holistic Warehouse choosing the silver finish to fit in with its modern interior.

Installation

The installation was carried out by approved Herschel installer, Wallace Electrical, and the installation received fantastic feedback from the wellness studio. The Power heaters are installed evenly across the studio, ensuring no cold spots and a fast, efficient warm-up for the classes.

Control

Courtney, the Holistic Warehouse, outlines that the infrared heating system is very simple to control, with remote access from phones ensuring the high temperatures can be managed as efficiently as possible. The heat is only on when needed to maximise both energy efficiency and client comfort levels.
