The SUMMIT Black is suitable for indoor and outdoor locations where airflow is low or manageable. It can be both wall-mounted or hung directly overhead from the ceiling, maximizing the heating in the area directly underneath the heater. The slimline and tasteful SUMMIT is ideal for restaurants, bars, shops, and similar indoor environments seeking a stylish, super discreet heating solution. The SUMMIT offers, in particular, an ultra-discreet and modern design for white interiors and exterior spaces.

The SUMMIT is suitable for covered, sheltered outdoor use where a gentle, zero-light heating solution is preferred. If used outdoors the Herschel SUMMIT must be under permanent cover and fully protected against the risk of any water ingress or exposure to rainfall.

In areas with air movement and wind, the far-infrared spread may reduce by 1/3 to 1/2. In such instances, we recommend proportionally increasing the number of heaters. For colder, windier situations SUMMIT will be less effective, choose our Herschel Manhattan 3kW for more exposed outdoor spaces with lower temperatures.

The SUMMIT Black 2600 (non-remote model) can be used with external controllers, such as the Herschel iQ JC1 Wired Thermostat.
