Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund including cost of delivery within 14 days of cancelling an order or within 14 days of returning the goods to us. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. If goods are not faulty, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage incurred when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. You may also be subject to a restocking fee. This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed, where we will assume the costs of returning the goods.

In cases where you do not want products that are in good working order (i.e. due to a mistake in ordering, product turns out not to be suitable for purpose intended) all such goods returned should be in saleable condition, complete with all original packaging and fixings. If goods do not reach us in this condition we reserve the right to reduce the refund according to the reduction in value of the goods. This includes instances where the heaters have been installed or altered in any way. Your right to cancel or return unwanted items does not apply to bespoke or special order heaters (such as picture panels).

Quality guarantee

All our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defect as notified per-product for the term indicated. Should a product prove to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours after receipt of the item to indicate the nature and extent of the damage and we will work with you to rectify the problem (which may or may not include full replacement of the affected item).

Your rights

Your rights to cancel an order and return goods are protected under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

These terms apply to your current order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
