We live in an apartment in a converted listed building with tall ceilings and large sash windows. The electric heating system that was put in as part of the conversion just couldn’t heat the space and we suffered through a few very cold winters.

Last year we got in contact with Herschel and they talked us through all the options available, we settled on the Summit panels as they look sleek and stylish and it’s absolutely changed the feeling of our home. Not only do they heat our home amazingly but as silly as it sounds, it’s a real comforting warmth rather than the stuffy feeling you can get some convection radiators.

Can’t recommend Herschel and these radiators highly enough.

I ordered the panel on a Friday evening during tier 4 so wasn’t expecting too much,  but it arrived Tuesday morning very unexpectedly.  Fitting took about an hour and a half  from opening the package to programming the control and switching on.  Absolutely love it!  Bathroom has been transformed.

May I first thank you or your help in arranging for my new infrared heating system. The heaters themselves are amazing I have quite a large living area and with 2 heaters I am extremely happy with the result. Its not hot but really comfortably warm without any other form of heating on being January 2021 I would be cold even with a pellet burner and gas fire going. Thank you once again for your assistance.

For those interested, this technology (coupled with removal of gas, electric water heater and PV on roof x9 panels), has given me 80% reduction on my bills. Second to this (but most important) my son has cystic fibrosis and this technology has allowed a heated environment with clean air without dangerous wet particles. Thirdly, I was able to knock down most of my ground floor internal walls because… no need for radiators. A truly superb technology.
